Picnic Perfect Policies & Guidelines
At Picnic Perfect, we aim to create a memorable and seamless experience for every client. To ensure fairness, protection of our materials, and the best service possible, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking.

Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly–especially due to weather. That’s why we offer one complimentary reschedule per booking. However, please note the following:

New reschedule dates must be within 3 months of your original event date.

Rescheduled bookings cannot be scheduled on special holidays, including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, due to high demand.

• Additional reschedules not caused by weather will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

• While we do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, we cannot prioritize reschedules over previously confirmed bookings.

Deposits & Payments
To secure your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to begin preparations.

• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than the day before your scheduled event.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your picnic.

Weather & Backup Locations
Weather can be unpredictable, especially in outdoor settings. To ensure the safety of our inventory and the quality of your experience:

• If rain or inclement weather is present at any point on the day of your event, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your picnic to prevent damage.

• If your event is outdoors, a backup indoor location is required and must be provided by the client. Picnic Perfect does not provide alternate indoor venues.

• If no backup location is provided, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event in the event of inclement weather.

Refunds
We strive to make every event exceptional. However, due to the nature of our services and third-party vendors, our refund policy is as follows:
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds may only be issued if your picnic has not been set up. Once setup begins, no refunds will be granted.
• In the rare event that rescheduling is not possible, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
Vendor items are non-refundable. This includes:
  • Charcuterie boxes
  • Fresh floral arrangements
  • Rose bouquets
  • Balloon arrangements
  • Marquee letters
  • Event rentals (e.g., chairs, tables, etc.)

Arrival & Setup Timing Policy

• We aim to complete setup 15 minutes before your scheduled picnic time, and will send you a photo and video confirmation once everything is ready.

• If we are running behind, we will notify you promptly and your picnic time will be adjusted accordingly to ensure you receive the full experience.

• If you, the client, arrive late, your scheduled picnic time will not be extended unless otherwise agreed. Time begins at your original start time.

Prohibited Items & Damage Policy
To preserve our inventory and maintain a safe environment, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Outside painting supplies

• Confetti bombs

• Smoke bombs or any pyrotechnic-related items


Bringing any of these items will result in immediate termination of service and the client will be blacklisted from future bookings.
