We understand plans can change unexpectedly, especially in the circumstances of inclement weather. This is why picnic perfect offers FREE rescheduling within 3 MONTHS and will work with our clients to figure out a back up plan. However, when rescheduling please be aware that we cannot prioritize your new time over other bookings that may already have that said time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, we recommend having a BACKUP DATE OR LOCATION in mind in case of inclement weather conditions. If you decide to move the setup inside, there may be a distance fee depending on location. 

We offer (1) free reschedule within 3 months. After that, there will be a $75 rescheduling fee added to your balance for each time a reschedule is requested.

Picnic perfect is always trying our best to ensure our clients have the best experience possible, and sometimes circumstances may not allow this to happen. In the event that rescheduling is not an option, we may offer a partial refund if your event has already been paid in FULL (ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE). Refunds may ONLY be issued if your picnic has NOT been set up. Once your picnic is set-up, you are no longer eligible for a refund of any kind.

As a small business, we have to ensure that our time and materials are used in the most efficient manner and cannot risk any losses. This is why we require a 50% (of total) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking.

Not only is this used to secure your booking in our calendar but this is to protect our schedule from constant cancellations and loss of other potential bookings. This deposit is also used to purchase any necessary materials needed for your event.

Vendor items like charcuterie, photography, marquee, backdrops, balloons, flower bouquets and saxophone sessions are NON REFUNDABLE. If booking a vendor, your remaining balance must be paid at least the DAY BEFORE your scheduled event, so we can also pay our vendors accordingly. 

Please understand that we arrive 1-2 hours before your picnic to begin setting up. We please ask to adequately prepare to arrive on time to your picnic. We can allow a 15 min grace period as long as it does not conflict with any other bookings. If you are more than an hour late, your picnic is at risk to be completely canceled with no rescheduling/refunds issued.

BUFFALO BAYOU PARK – Buffalo bayou park is located right near downtown Houston. It does tend to get busier on the weekends and during the evening. There is a one way parking lot on Allen parkway that is directly near the setup location. Please prepare to arrive 15-20 minutes early if you are booking on the weekends, and especially in the evenings. The parking lot can get full, so please prepare to arrive early to ensure you also arrive to your picnic on time.
